Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 2-3 hours Ideal slow cooker size: 5-qt. 1 onion, chopped 3 Tbsp. oil 2-3 cups uncooked chicken, cut in 1” pieces 10¾-oz. can cream of chicken soup 12-oz. can evaporated milk 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese 3 cups cooked rice 2 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed � tsp. pepper 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained 1.
